What is the minimum time needed for preparation for sure success in KPSC Exams...

It is your attitude rather than time that help you to win the exam. Some candidate don’t take any great effort or preparation and go straight to the exam hall and write and win easily. Some other candidate prepare months and years and still they never lift themselves in to the rank list.
So time or duration of the preparation doesn’t guarantee anything. But the possibility of success invariably favour the hard workers.
Let me ask you a frank question. When do you started your serious preparation for this exam?
  • Just started
  • Still to start
  • Just a few days ago
  • Nearly two weeks
  • Almost a month
  • 3 Months
  • 6 Months
Whatever be your answer, It still doesn’t agree with truth. Because it is not  really true. If you seriously analyse the Secretariat Assistant syllabus, you can final that nearly 80% of the items included in them are topic you have studied in your high school classes. One good example is English, another one is regional language, yet another topic is numerical ability. Most of the topics included is the general knowledge such as Physics, Biology, Chemistry ,History , Geography, Constitution, Economics are topics you have studied in your high school classes. You have not only mastered them through weeks and months and years of had preparation and passed various exams – test papers, term exams and final exam with flying colours!
You know that the purpose of education is broadly getting ready for a job. So actually for years you have been preparing for the exam! So what now need is not preparation, but a through revision of what you have learned in lower classes. Some student have better memory and clarity of knowledge that is why even without any preparation or revision they can go to the exam hall and register success instantly without any hard preparation. Why should they learn when they already know things.
So my point is that, if you understand that nearly 80% of syllabus is something you have studied is your earlier classes and those materials can be easily revised you are nearly 80% near to the success. So whatever you haven’t learnt earlier - Current Affairs, Computer, Awards, Sports, Cyber law - stuff like this constitute nearly 20% syllabus. Focus on them carefully. Cover them very systematically with minimum time So the success strategy is quickly revise the 80% of the knowledge you have learnt in your school classes and newly learn the remaining 20% the new material you can do  the whole thing within 30 days hard work.
Before you go to Biology, Physics, Chemistry, History etc tell your mind that, you  half already learnt everything in the earlier classes so tempt you mind to retrieve the knowledge in its memory. With conscious effort read each piece of information and revive them in your memory.
Make your mind believe that you have been preparation nearly 20 years of your life for the success of the examination. Purpose of education is to win a job. Consciously or unconsciously you have been improving yourself for a good job. And now you know that you have been preparing for this job.
Create a record and make your destiny
This is a wonderful job. Because tomorrow you will be a known administrator with government of Kerala.
This job grows into a wonderful career. You can get associated with the development of the state. You can become instrumental for framing the policies and programmes for the government .So this is great and wonderful career.
Now, you are a graduate. A graduate is a person who is capable to undertaking any challenging task. To get graduation you must study nearly 17 years. Yes you have gone to that ordeal. You have studied days and weeks .You have devoted weeks and months. You have concentrated months and years. You have gone thoroughly hundreds and thousands of information as part of your schooling. You have mastered millions of information. Most of these information is still with you. It is deep in your memory. Just revive it. Just make it alive.Just bring them back to life. For this you need only revision. Not relearning so you should differentiate revision from relearning. Now revise all the needed information with the help of our rank file. Believe in your knowledge. Revise them carefully. Devote all the possible time for hard preparation. Devote your time, energy, concentration and everything you possess. Believe that within 30 days you can build up  wonderful result.
Create  an Exam Mode in Your Mind
For objective final exam practice is very important. So for the last 30 days do a model exam every day. Analysis your score and take corrective measures .After each exam, believe that you have got the experience of writing one orginal PSC exam. Continue the process every day. Write 30 model exam altogether. And on 31st day you go for the original exam and win the exam with high mark and top rank.
